Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus commission, with total OTE of $175K+ in the first year. Commissions are uncapped.







Location: Hybrid, Puget Sound, WA. This role will include a combination of home office work, in-office meetings every Monday, as well as field visits to customers locations in the local area. Employees can expect to travel regionally as needed by customers, and possibly visit national trade shows a few times a year. The hired employee must live in the greater Puget Sound area. Relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development and prospecting efforts within a defined territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings and virtual collaboration.
  • Manage sales leads, prioritize tasks, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM for business tracking and visibility.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and gain a deep understanding of client procurement processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly in cloud-based solutions, SaaS, and AI.




What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with a focus on cloud-based solutions and SaaS.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering results.
  • Strong prospecting, research, and time-management skills.
  • A technology-savvy mindset and the ability to help clients achieve business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to craft and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence.
