Compensation: $91,520k-$104,000k base salary (negotiable)




Location: These positions are onsite in El Cajon, CA and Anaheim, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Project Manager's duties include ensuring the safety of field personnel assigned to projects, managing field labor productivity, quality assurance, and coordination.
  • Additionally, they are responsible for the project's financial outcomes, projections and reporting, material and equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management.
  • Compliance with all company operating policies, procedures, executed plans, and programs is mandatory.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.



Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3 years construction work-related experience and/or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform basic business mathematical functions.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must effectively manage time and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must have strong organizational skills for handling and archiving technical data.
  • Must comply with all operating policies, procedures, plans, and programs.
