Compensation: $70,000-72,000 base salary plus bonus (negotiable)







Location: Tukwila, WA. This position is 100% onsite.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Customer Service Department. As a key part of both our customer service and operations teams, you will play an essential role in enhancing the experience for both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing and new accounts
  • Assisting the customer service lead in overseeing key customers
  • Taking ownership of customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Mastering the order entry and processing system
  • Working with Tier 1 ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage)
  • Identifying and resolving order errors and customer concerns
  • Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Answering customer calls as needed
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5–7 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Proven success in customer service; inside sales experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Industrial sector experience is a plus
