Compensation: $70K-$75K base salary (negotiable) + up to an 8% annual bonus




Location: Remote in California + 50% travel expectation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' objectives, requirements, and challenges.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their contentment and overall success.
  • Monitor user engagement and take proactive measures to stimulate registrations and sustained participation.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Present data to customers and furnish targeted recommendations to assist them in accomplishing their goals.
  • Employ data to inform decision-making and strategy development, crafting engagement plans for each account.
  • Convey customer insights and feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with product, service delivery, and marketing teams to relay user feedback, propose improvements, and advocate for features that align with user preferences.




Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in mental health, education, non-profit, customer success, or customer support.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mental health challenges affecting youth and young adults, including familiarity with evidence-based strategies for promoting mental well-being.
  • Possesses a compassionate and patient demeanor, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of establishing robust relationships and fostering collaborative teamwork among diverse stakeholders.
