Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 base salary plus another $70,000-$90,000 in commission potential (OTE $180k) plus equity (offers are negotiable)







Location: 100% onsite in downtown San Francisco, CA.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective implementation, and long-term value from our product offerings.

You'll be responsible for driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion within your portfolio. This role offers strong upside potential based on customer retention performance.

You'll collaborate closely with growth, deployment, support, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience and help shape the product based on real-time customer insights.




Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful product activation.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive engagement, driving high retention and satisfaction across your accounts.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients maximize value from the platform and uncover new opportunities for impact.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve client experience, streamline support, and surface meaningful feedback for product development.
  • Monitor key metrics across your book of business and take initiative to address risks and uncover expansion opportunities.




What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Deployment, or another client-facing role—ideally in SaaS or AI.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market functions or previous experience in sales (AE, SDR/BDR roles) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills; you can juggle multiple accounts without compromising quality.
  • Highly proactive and entrepreneurial mindset—you’re energized by helping clients succeed and don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving in—whether it's solving a complex issue or improving an internal process, you're all in.
