  • The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.
  • $130, 000—$150, 000 base, plus bonus and stock options.


  • Remote, USA. We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. 


  • Customer adoption, retention and satisfaction
  • Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Enhance customer success and mitigate customer churn risk
  • Develop personalized customer education, on-boarding, and implementation plans to provide user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Data Research, and Engineering to deliver on client objectives and provide a world-class partnership
  • Nurture and develop customer engagements and relationships to identify new sales opportunities (up-sell or cross-sell)
  • Drive renewal strategy and subsequent on-time renewals; Ownership of customers’ success measured through renewal rate and other metrics that measure customer sentiment
  • Provide ongoing customer insights to Leadership on user experience improvements, product capabilities, and customer engagement processes that ensure new product development ideas and opportunities that address universal customer needs
  • Maintain an understanding of sales and marketing products and industry knowledge to effectively drive greater customer engagement on the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs

  • Desire to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
  • Five (5) years’ experience in customer-facing, customer success, or account manager role in a tech company with SaaS B2B offering
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users
  • Strength in project management and experience leveraging internal resources and stakeholders to execute against deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end-user personnel
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative team player
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to travel to client sites (roughly 10% travel required)
