Compensation: $65k-$80k base salary (negotiable)
Location: This position is onsite in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and Monitoring Market Projects
- Overseeing Plans & Specifications Acquisition Process and Collaborating with Sales Team during Proposal Stage
- Coordinating with Manufacturers throughout Proposal, Submittal, and Ordering Processes
- Conducting Follow-Up Calls with Customers
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma Required, Additional Technical Degree Preferred
- HVAC and/or Mechanical Industry Experience Preferred
- Proficiency in Reading Plans, Specifications, and Generating Material Takeoffs
- Self-Motivated with Strong Task Prioritization and Deadline Management Skills
- Local Candidates Preferred, but Remote Work Considered for Highly Qualified Applicants
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Essential
- Willingness to Learn New Processes and Adapt to Maximize Performance
