Executive Assistant to CEO & CTO

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)

Compensation: $110, 000–$150, 000 base + equity

Employment Type: Full-time

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company that’s building a modern platform at the intersection of AI and recruiting. The company has experienced significant revenue growth over the past year and works closely with some of the most recognizable technology brands in the world.

This is a high-impact Executive Assistant role supporting the CEO and CTO. You’ll be at the center of the organization, acting as a trusted partner who keeps leadership focused, organized, and operating at peak efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars for two senior executives, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Own inbox management and correspondence, ensuring priorities are clearly surfaced and actioned
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
  • Support light office operations and day-to-day logistics in a dynamic, in-person environment
  • Assist with special projects, ad hoc requests, and time-sensitive initiatives
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Create structure and clarity in a fast-paced, high-growth startup setting

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders
  • Prior startup or high-growth, venture-backed tech experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing complex calendars and inboxes for multiple executives
  • Comfortable supporting senior executives (C-suite experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with minimal direction
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
  • Strong working knowledge of modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
