Job Description


We are seeking a Founding BDR/SDR with 2+ years of experience to join an expanding U.S. team in San Francisco. As one of the first hires in the new office, you will be responsible for bringing a new AI-driven enterprise solution to the U.S. market. This is a foundational role where you’ll help build the sales playbook from the ground up, working directly with the leadership team. We’re looking for a creative, persistent, and independent individual who thrives in early-stage environments and has a true hunter mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Build a high-quality outbound pipeline in the U.S. market, targeting companies with 500–5,000 employees.
  • Research accounts, design thoughtful outreach strategies, and engage with HR, Finance, and Transformation leaders.
  • Test and refine messaging and positioning through live outreach, providing market feedback to the product and GTM teams.
  • Rigorously qualify opportunities before handing them off to Account Executives.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate conviction and create high-quality opportunities.

Seniority:
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS, outbound-heavy sales role (SDR/BDR)

Work Experience:
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Exposure to selling HR tech or agent-based solutions is a plus
  • Background in finance or consulting is preferred

Core Skills:
  • Proven ability to build and generate pipeline through outbound prospecting

Traits to Avoid:
  • Short tenure (less than 18 months) in recent sales roles
