Compensation: $350,000 - $450,000 base salary (negotiable) plus equity




Location: This position will be 100% onsite in Manhattan in the Union Square office.

By combining a sophisticated checkout protocol with an expressive account kit, our company can offer usability, security, and cost guarantees that its competitors cannot.

Our long term vision is to create a world where anyone can interact on-chain without ever realizing it’s crypto.

We have two key results towards this vision:
  1. Build the most efficient one-click checkout for crypto (a VERY hard problem to solve)
  2. Create the largest banking layer in the world (by leveraging our frictionless checkout)

  • Position Overview:
  • We are starting to experience tremendous growth and are looking for a leader to take our team from 1-10. You will lead our engineering team in its entirety, scaling it from 3 people to >20.
  • You should have a strong pattern recognition for world class software and engineering leadership.
  • You have the ability to recruit world class engineering talent.
  • You should have had a senior role designing financial rails that processed (at least) >$100m annually.
  • You should be hyper organized and structured.
  • Proficient in Javascript, Typescript, React, Node.js, Vue.js

Finally, our business will be very challenging technically to build. Our checkout protocol is an ultra difficult convex optimization problem and our account infrastructure is a first of its kind on-chain RBAC system. Our team members work long hours in person at our NYC HQ. Please doo not apply unless you want a real challenge.
