They are hiring a Lead Product Designer. $180-220,000 salary + bonus + equity (negotiable)


Strong preference for San Francisco candidates who are willing to work hybrid; however, remote candidates in California will be considered with some onsite flexibility required for quarterly meetings at San Francisco HQ.

Position Overview: 

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer who is excited about pushing boundaries in web3 social, ships designs ahead of engineering, and iterates fast on Figma. You will be working closely with the CEO and our Product person.

Our design work so far:
  • We have a unified [web + iPhone + Android] stack, combining next.js and React Native in a responsive interface in order to iterate faster on all devices.
  • We also built a live, cross-platform design system on Figma.
  • Extracting the non-obvious into insights: what people truly want but don’t know how to articulate yet. The design challenges you are facing are unheard of. It’s the first time in a decade that the design space as been as open as now. For our web3 features, we’re building cutting-edge technology that has no past data: for instance, the $ALEX cryptocurrency that the CEO created was the world’s first social token, and Showtime first product was the very first NFT showcasing product.


  • Senior experience: at least 4 years of experience designing consumer, social, mobile, creator economy-related products. Web3 experience is optional.
  • Figma extraordinaire: you design mind-blowing UIs like an illustrator, or could direct someone to design delightful UX. As a social network, the bar for design is extremely high: ideally, we want a Zenly-level designer.
  • Collaborating with engineers: our team is primarily technical. If you join us, you will talk to engineers daily. Optionally, you have some frontend and/or Linear experience to better understand their needs.
  • You're passionate about making the on-chain world more accessible — but actual crypto experience is not required.

  • Portfolio of Web3 or NFT product designs
  • Startup experience
  • React Native experience
