Job Description


Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence company who is seeking multiple Account Executives. We are looking for an experienced and collaborative account executive with a track record of helping enterprise-level organizations evaluate, build business cases for, and procure transformative technologies.




In this role, you will engage with prospects (1k-6k employees) who are participating in trials or requesting sales demos. While much of your pipeline will come from inbound leads, you will also focus on generating opportunities from target accounts.

A positive attitude, curiosity, and the ability to build champions among early adopters of AI will be critical in shaping success and culture.

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 base salary plus another $100,000-$120,000 in commission potential (OTE $200-240k) plus equity (offers are negotiable)




Location: Hybrid work-from-home and onsite office visits. Candidates must live within 1 hour of company hub offices in downtown San Francisco, Chicago, or New York City.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospective users and their motivations for exploring the platform.
  • Act as a trusted expert, guiding users on setup and demonstrating the platform’s value.
  • Master a broad range of use cases to help prospects achieve business transformation across industries.
  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the evaluation process.
  • Generate opportunities from target accounts with value-driven outreach.
  • Lead prospects through trials, establishing clear success criteria and engaging key stakeholders early.
  • Collect and share product insights to support scalable and innovative user activation strategies.
  • Guide champions through internal processes, including budgeting, legal, security, and procurement.




Is This You?
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role focused on mid-market accounts (1k+ employees); experience with marketing, brand, or product leadership is a plus.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Skilled at helping prospects build business cases and secure executive sponsorship.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling and deep product knowledge.
  • Experience navigating legal, security, and procurement processes to close deals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A structured sales process and ability to make workflows repeatable.
  • Comfortable asking tough questions, collaborating cross-functionally, and thriving under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with an emphasis on detailed note-taking.
  • Familiarity with editorial processes is a bonus (e.g., experience in journalism or literature).
