About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations for a growing service-focused organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, safety, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This position works closely with service and customer-facing teams to ensure materials, parts, and equipment are received, stored, prepared, and delivered accurately and on time. The right person will be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Industry background is not required — we value transferable warehouse skills, strong work ethic, and stable job history.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
  • Receive, load, unload, stage, and ship materials and equipment
  • Pick, kit, and fulfill internal and customer orders accurately
  • Support service teams with parts, kits, and inventory coordination
  • Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks
  • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Schedule freight pickups and deliveries; complete shipping paperwork
  • Communicate professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Perform occasional local deliveries and pickups
  • Work safely around powered equipment and electrical systems (training provided)

Some light technical tasks may be required, such as basic voltage measurements. All training and PPE are provided.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience in a non-production environment
  • Prior experience as a warehouse lead or coordinator strongly preferred
  • Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety and following established procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice to Have (Not Required):
  • Experience handling batteries or electrical components
  • Familiarity with service-oriented warehouse operations

Physical & Work Environment
  • Active, hands-on role in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
  • Regular lifting up to 50 lbs independently; heavier items with assistance
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment
  • Occasional ladder use and work near electrical systems

Safety & Training

This is a safety-sensitive role. The company provides:
  • Required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, safety footwear, etc.)
  • Warehouse, safety, and quality training
  • Ongoing annual training and certifications as required

Employment is contingent upon background screening and drug testing in accordance with applicable regulations.

Why This Role
  • Stable, daytime schedule
  • Hands-on work where your impact is visible every day
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Training provided — skills matter more than industry background
  • Long-term opportunity with a well-established operation

If you’re a reliable warehouse professional who values safety, consistency, and doing things the right way, we’d love to connect.
