Compensation: $85k-$100k base salary // $120k-$130k OTE (negotiable)




Location: This position is fully remote in Buffalo, NY with a 25% travel expectation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize modern selling strategies to identify and acquire new business, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product lines by regularly engaging with periodicals, trade journals, newsletters, internal sources, and other relevant information.
  • Gain deep insights into the customer’s business and growth objectives, addressing their needs by aligning value-based solutions with their goals.
  • Identify potential customers using various resources, including e-sources, business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, publications, websites, and other viable sources for sales leads.
  • Compile and maintain a database of current and prospective customers using Rapid’s CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned targets.



Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED, with a preference for an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong interest in packaging, equipment, and end-of-line automation
  • Solution-oriented mindset, focused on creating value for customers through innovation
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements, with a strong desire to hunt for and win new business and customers
  • Assertive in sales actions while maintaining the highest integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to work in a team environment and communicate directly with customers
  • Preferred exposure to computer software such as Microsoft Office, accounting, purchasing, manifest, or plant data collection systems
  • Above-average ability to accurately calculate ratios, percentages, and mathematical computations
  • Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
