An exciting Outside Sales Representative position has opened due to growth. Rainier Recruiting has partnered with a mechanical cooling and heating equipment vendor. Compensation: $80k-$90k base salary // $150k-$200k OTE

 

Location: This position is onsite in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identify, pre-qualify, and engage with non-contract customers to introduce our company and services
  • Draft proposals and contracts for maintenance services
  • Discuss HVAC/Plumbing equipment and their maintenance needs with clients to obtain technical information
  • Prepare estimates for maintenance contracts using appropriate software and internal resources
  • Prospect, cold call, and network to develop leads and sales opportunities
  • Follow up on sales leads and lists generated by management and other sources
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, checking in with current maintenance clients regularly

 

Qualifications and Experience: 
  • 5 years of sales experience related to technical products and/or systems
  • Experience in the mechanical industry is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and network to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • Self-discipline to maintain a consistent, strong work ethic in a flexible work environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
