Compensation: $72,000-82,000 base salary, plus possible bonus (negotiable)




Location: Tukwila, WA. This position is 100% onsite.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are currently seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our purchasing team. Reporting to the Director of Purchasing and Logistics, this role involves sourcing products both domestically and internationally, managing pricing, negotiating with freight carriers and brokers, and assisting with inventory management and resource planning. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and evaluating global manufacturers
  • Working within quality control environments
  • Experience in procurement for a manufacturing setting (preferred)
  • Collaborating on artwork and new product development
  • Managing exclusive branding initiatives (a plus)
  • Handling freight and logistics operations (strongly preferred)
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience, ideally with global sourcing (China, India, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Access
  • Strong analytical abilities to extract, analyze, and report data for process improvements
  • Capability to prepare and present reports to senior management when needed
  • Proven success in identifying cost-saving opportunities for organizations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with Tier 2 ERP systems (e.g., SysPro, Sage, MS Dynamics)
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required for employment
