Compensation: $110K - $120K base salary
Location: Buffalo, New York. This role is onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and contractors in both pre- and post-tender phases, fostering productive business connections.
- Independently decipher customer bid prerequisites to compile comprehensive breakdowns of labor, materials, equipment, and expenses for thorough review and finalization.
- Oversee administrative tasks and direct labor efforts within project management.
- Perform a cost analysis upon project culmination.
- Guarantee adherence to high-quality construction benchmarks.
- Supervise and ensure compliance with building codes and safety protocols.
- Effectively handle and minimize potential risks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess 3-7+ years of expertise in construction project management and/or estimation.
- Acquire proficiency in overseeing industrial and commercial ventures.
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ideally, exhibit proficiency in managing a diverse spectrum of project scales, spanning from Service and Maintenance to extensive, multi-disciplinary turnkey initiatives.
- Showcase adeptness in time management, adeptly prioritizing and executing multiple tasks within a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Exhibit robust organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities, validated by a history of accomplishments.
