Compensation: Up to $40/hour plus overtime (10 hours weekly is available) 11 paid holidays, multiple weeks PTO, and full healthcare benefits.
Location: Kent, WA, Merritt Island FL, or Huntsville AL. These positions are 100% onsite occasional hybrid work-from-home opportunities, but not regularly.
Positions are 6-24 month contract-to-hire opportunities with high possibility to convert to FTE.

Responsibilities:
· Schedule interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
· Arrange travel for visiting candidates.
· Greet candidates the day of their interview and help guide them through their interview day.
· Provide follow up correspondence to candidates.
· Accurately track recruiting activities in Workday.
· Coordinate and schedule post interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials to hiring teams.
· Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and support other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years years of successful recruiting coordination experience.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
· Superb customer service focus, attention to detail and organization skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Strong software skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Writing, proof reading and editing skills. Ability to adapt to rapid change in daily responsibilities
Must Haves:
· 3+ years of Workday experience
· 3+ years of Outlook scheduling experience
