Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: On-site, 5 days/week (major metro area)

Compensation: $70,000 – $110,000 base + uncapped commission + equity

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are hiring a driven and competitive Sales Development Representative to help generate pipeline for large, enterprise-level deals. You’ll take ownership of outbound prospecting efforts and help shape the early sales motion.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building from scratch, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified pipeline for high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Own outbound prospecting across cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and events
  • Identify and build target account lists aligned with ideal customer profiles
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to progress deals
  • Test new outreach strategies and help refine scalable playbooks

Qualifications
  • 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SDR or AE role preferred)
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience selling into complex or traditional industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, legal, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with structured sales environments and processes
