Compensation: $70k-$80k base salary // $95k OTE (negotiable)
Location: This position will combine a mix of work from home and 25% travel to clients in the Indianapolis, IN area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth for the Phoenix portfolio
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and foster existing relationships
- Engage in proactive outreach efforts to connect with key decision-makers of local clients
- Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management, utilizing CRM tools for efficient pipeline management
- Collaborate closely with the revenue manager to optimize revenue generation strategies
- Coordinate with various operational teams and sales coordinators to ensure client satisfaction and fulfillment on-site
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of hotel sales experience within the greater Indianapolis area
- Extensive background in engaging with local businesses and transient business clients
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Established network of potential clients for immediate lead generation
- Demonstrated capability in crafting sales and marketing strategies and cultivating a diverse sales pipeline through various channels
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to understand and adeptly address client needs while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Strong grasp of sales processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce is advantageous
