About the Opportunity

A fast-growing technology company is expanding its workforce solutions and talent operations capabilities to complement its software platform. The organization is building a modern recruiting service that combines technology, automation, and recruiting expertise to help customers solve hiring challenges at scale.

This newly created leadership role will oversee a team responsible for building talent pipelines, managing sourcing operations, improving candidate experience, and creating scalable recruiting programs that drive measurable hiring outcomes for customers.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiting leader who wants to move beyond traditional talent acquisition and help shape a next-generation workforce solutions offering.

What You'll Do

Talent Operations Leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of sourcing and recruiting professionals supporting customer hiring initiatives.
  • Establish processes, quality standards, and performance metrics across recruiting operations.
  • Build scalable talent pipeline programs designed to support ongoing hiring demand.
  • Create operational frameworks that improve speed, quality, and hiring outcomes.

Workforce Solutions Strategy
  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for high-volume and frontline hiring environments.
  • Develop proactive candidate engagement programs that maintain ready-to-activate talent pools.
  • Define candidate qualification standards, workflow processes, and service delivery expectations.
  • Improve sourcing effectiveness through technology, automation, and process optimization.

Customer & Business Partnership
  • Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert during customer and prospect conversations.
  • Consult with hiring leaders on recruiting strategy, talent market trends, and workforce planning.
  • Present recommendations, hiring insights, and performance results to executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align service offerings with customer needs.

Program Development
  • Help evolve and expand workforce solutions offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Develop repeatable programs that can scale alongside company growth.
  • Contribute market feedback and recruiting insights that influence future product and service development.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience
  • 7+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or workforce operations experience.
  • Previous leadership experience managing recruiters, sourcers, or recruiting operations teams.
  • Strong background supporting high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience building recruiting processes, sourcing programs, or talent pipeline strategies from the ground up.
  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders and provide strategic recruiting guidance.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
