Compensation: $140k-$165k base salary + up to a 25% yearly bonus




Location: Houston, TX or New Orleans, LA. This role will include a combination of travel and office work.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead efforts to strengthen the company's presence in the offshore sector across North America.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans tailored to specific customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Oversee technical aspects and assist in the preparation of quotations as needed.
  • Track sales opportunities, report order income, and forecast sales using CRM tools.
  • Prepare the annual order income budget.
  • Craft, present, and promote customized solutions to shipowners, shipyards, and designers.
  • Participate in the preparation of quotations when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the company's sales resources to ensure consistent customer engagement.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions.

 

Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the offshore industry, including offshore wind.
  • Established network within the offshore industry.
  • Previous sales experience in the maritime or offshore/renewable sectors is preferred.
  • Experience with system delivery, commissioning, and start-up at shipyards is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in technical sales is advantageous.
