Compensation: $80,000 - $104,000

 

Location: This position is onsite in Milwaukee, WI

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Service Technicians. Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and enhance existing client relationships while cultivating new business opportunities. Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
  • Administrative Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate various projects, implementing processes from start to completion across multiple teams.
  • Project Controls: Develop, manage, and forecast financial budgets for projects while ensuring accountability for deliverables against business goals and objectives.
  • Quality & Compliance: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Training, and Safety teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee service operations, including managing equipment, tools, and materials required for each project.
  • Safety & Training: Organize safety training and team meetings while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and equipment maintenance.




Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Travel frequently to customer sites, including remote and outdoor locations
  • Possess effective communication and technical skills
  • At least 5 years of telecommunications DC power experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of electrical field concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of Electrical Codes, Life Safety Codes, and industry standards
  • Strong organizational, mathematical, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Pass drug screening, background check, and DOT Medical exam
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our clients
