Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence company who is seeking multiple senior level, Strategic Account Executives.

Compensation: $175,000 base salary plus another $175,000 in commission potential (OTE $350k+) plus equity (offers are negotiable)




Location: Hybrid work-from-home and onsite office visits. Candidates must live within 1 hour of company hub offices in downtown San Francisco, Chicago, or New York City.

Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape.
  • Develop expertise in the diverse applications of generative AI to drive business transformation for Fortune 100 and Global 2000 enterprises across industries, helping customers weigh the benefits and limitations of a full-stack approach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the evaluation journey.
  • Build a pipeline by engaging target accounts with tailored, value-focused outreach.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to stakeholders, helping prospects define and quantify their business case for investment.
  • Lead proof-of-concept trials and pilot programs with clear success metrics, engaging key decision-makers early to drive alignment and consensus.
  • Support champions through internal processes, including budgeting, legal, security, and procurement, in an environment where solutions are often unbudgeted.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share insights on strategies, refine processes, and enhance the company’s ability to serve strategic clients effectively.




Is This You?
  • 8+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role, focusing on Fortune 100 and Global 2000 companies (15k+ employees); bonus points for selling to CIOs or AI/innovation leaders at Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled at assisting prospects in developing a business case to gain executive support.
  • Adept at value-based selling while possessing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Experience navigating legal, security, and procurement processes to secure deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A structured and repeatable sales approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
