About the Role

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Enterprise AE to join a rapidly growing SaaS company that is disrupting B2B customer acquisition with AI.  You will join an already amazing team of collaborative, high energy, super fun and successful individuals. They are profitable and haven't needed to raise funding! This is an established start-up with a product market-fit in the Enterprise sector (logos include: Microsoft, Intuit, PwC, SAP, ADP and many more). This is a highly visible, high impact role! This company has hired multiple successful employees already from Rainier Recruiting who have reported that it is a very good company to work for. Compensation: $150K base/$300K OTE (flexible depending on experience)

 

Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Process Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including lead generation, discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprise accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Identify customer needs and pain points, aligning our SaaS product offerings to deliver compelling value propositions that solve their business challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide market feedback to the product development team.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer success and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand our presence within existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.




Requirements:



  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a focus on SaaS products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand complex customer needs and articulate how our solutions can address those needs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into business benefits for customers.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

Alyssa is an accomplished Senior Leader Recruiter who has spent the last four years at Rainier Recruiting partnering with early stage and VC-backed technology companies to build out their Go-To-Market teams. She has helped make “first of” role hires at various start-ups and placed many leaders including VPs of Sales, VPs of Marketing and VPs of People. She has completed searches for both individual contributor and leadership roles across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR and Operations. Alyssa prides herself in taking a consultative approach with both her clients and candidates as well as having high offer acceptance rates and attrition rates. Prior to Rainier Recruiting, Alyssa gained her initial search experience at a commercial construction recruiting firm in Seattle where she learned the culture of the hiring industry. Alyssa was born and raised in the Puget Sound area and has lived in the heart of downtown Seattle the past 10 years. She loves all things Seattle, especially Starbucks and the Seattle Seahawks…go hawks! She recently moved to Tulsa with her husband and French bulldog (Stevie) and is excited to explore a new city that has an emerging tech scene!
