Compensation: Up to $32.82/hour plus overtime (10 hours weekly is available) 11 paid holidays, multiple weeks PTO, and full healthcare benefits.

Overview:
As a part of our growing quality team, this role will partner with our calibration engineers to ensure the measurement & test equipment used to build space vehicles and rocket engines are calibrated and cycled on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Triage work incoming to the calibration office and balance team priority.
Organize work in progress to promote efficient and transparent workflow.
Manage logistics for vendor calibrations.X
Manage procurement for calibrations from established vendors.
Make database updates to incoming ask
Utilize digital tools to maintain organization of WIP and throughput.
Pull existing reports and format for distribution.
Interface with internal customers on status requests.
Interface with calibration vendors on status and tracking updates.
Assist manufacturing team with device recall & notification.
Qualifications:
Required:
1 years in a calibration, tool room, production control, or inventory control role.
3+ years in a manufacturing or logistics organizational role.
2 years using data organization tools (spreadsheets, databases, ect) to maintain, organize & track technical information.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (current Green Card holder).
Physical ability:
Lift 20lbs
Walk up 2 flights of stairs
Push cart with 100lbs of load
Desired:
2+ years in a calibration, tool room, production control, or inventory control role.
Experience with industry quality and configuration control system methodologies (AS9100, ISO:9001, ISO:17025).
Experience in customer service.
