Compensation: $140k-$150k base salary + up to a 10% yearly bonus

 

Location: This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate closely with founders to achieve operational excellence for the company.
  • Oversee guest experience, local field operations, and content marketing teams to optimize guest stay outcomes, including future iterations and variations of these teams.
  • Act as the key point of contact for resolving complex issues and managing high-level escalations.
  • Engage in the daily operations of teams to provide real-time feedback, address key questions, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive urgent tasks to completion.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine operational processes to maximize efficiency and profitability across multiple teams.
  • Integrate new units into operations and ensure smooth initial operations at new properties.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate partners, local service providers, operations teams, and other third parties to ensure seamless operations. This includes serving as the key relationship manager for housekeeping partners and select key maintenance vendors through regular check-in calls, meetings, and ongoing communication.
  • Assist and collaborate with other departments, such as HR/recruiting, payroll/vendor payments, revenue management, and accounting, with a particular emphasis on HR/recruiting, especially concerning performance evaluation, management, and employee retention.

 

Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in professional services or operations, ideally in hospitality or real estate; experience in the short-term rental industry is highly advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence team members effectively, showing maturity and emotional intelligence.
  • Entrepreneurial and driven, with a strong desire to take initiative and learn; startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Capable of developing innovative strategies and solutions to a wide range of problems, both proactively and in real-time.
  • Excellent team player with outstanding written, verbal, and oral communication skills.

She has completed searches for both individual contributor and leadership roles across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR and Operations.
